How the website and event-copy enquiries handle information.

Contact

For questions about information you share with Berkam, email [email protected] or call +1 416-364-0100 ext. 419. Address: 199 Bay St, Floor 51, Suite 5103, Toronto, ON M5L 1G5, Canada.

Preparing an enquiry

The package selector and text box prepare an email link inside your browser. The supplied website code does not send this information to a server or store it in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. There is no server-submitted enquiry form or document upload feature.

When you email or call

A mailto link passes a recipient, subject and text to your email application. You review and send the message yourself. Information received when you contact us is used to respond and discuss the proposed copywriting work. Opening the link does not confirm that a message has been sent or received.

Presenter and event material

Only share information needed for the project and confirm that you may provide and publish it. Before sharing presenter records or documents, agree the delivery method, intended reviewers and project terms. Retention, return and deletion arrangements are agreed according to the project and the communication tools used.

Storage notice preference

Closing the notice attempts to save berkam-notice-v1 with the value dismissed in localStorage. This is a display preference and contains no event or presenter information. You can remove it on the cookies and storage page or through your browser settings.

Technical services

The supplied HTML does not incorporate analytics, advertising, online payments, external fonts or externally loaded scripts. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed for their services according to their settings. Added hosting functions, such as email protection or security scripts, must be checked and described according to their actual behaviour.

Questions about your information

Contact [email protected] to discuss access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. Requests are considered in light of the information held and applicable obligations.
